Terms of Service

Farinva is a software design and growth studio operated by Farvix LLC ("Farinva", "we", "us"). We provide product & web design, SaaS development, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing, and related services ("Services") to clients under individual project agreements or statements of work. These Terms apply to our website and to any engagement unless a signed proposal or contract states otherwise.

Each project is governed by its own proposal, statement of work, or contract, which sets out deliverables, timeline, and fees. These Terms apply alongside that agreement; where the two conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Fees are quoted per project or as an ongoing retainer, as agreed in writing in your proposal, statement of work, or contract before work begins. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice, and we may pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received.

No Refunds. All payments made under a signed proposal, statement of work, or contract are non-refundable, including deposits and milestone payments, once the corresponding work has started. This applies regardless of whether you choose to pause, cancel, or not use the deliverables. If a specific engagement includes different refund terms, those terms will be stated in writing in that agreement and will control over this section.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables (designs, code, and content created specifically for your project) transfers to you upon full payment. Farinva retains the right to use general knowledge, tools, and non-confidential techniques developed during the engagement, and may reference completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise.

You agree to:

• Provide timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete the project
• Ensure any materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights
• Keep any account credentials for our platforms confidential and secure

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private and to use it only for the purposes of the project.

Farinva is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
